About The Founders
Chris Sparber and Ryan Klesko are the leadership team behind Committed Sports Network (CSN), a recruiting and athlete-development company built to help high school athletes navigate the path to college sports with more clarity, strategy, and support.
Chris Sparber is the founder and CEO of Committed Sports Network. He built CSN around one core problem: too many families spend thousands of dollars on showcases, travel teams, camps, and recruiting services without ever having a clear plan for actually getting recruited.
CSN gives athletes the tools, education, technology, coaching, and direct support they need to identify the right schools, build their recruiting presence, communicate with college coaches, develop relationships, and ultimately create more opportunities to play at the next level.
Ryan Klesko serves as President of Committed Sports Network. Ryan spent 16 seasons in Major League Baseball with the Atlanta Braves, San Diego Padres, and San Francisco Giants. He was an MLB All-Star, a World Series champion with the 1995 Atlanta Braves, and hit 278 home runs during his Major League career.
Together, Chris and Ryan are combining modern recruiting technology and strategy with decades of elite-level baseball experience to build a better way for athletes and families to navigate recruiting.
