Committed Sports Network ("CSN," "Committed Sports Network," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of athletes, parents, coaches, and other users of our websites, mobile applications, platforms, and services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when and why information may be shared, how we protect it, and the choices and rights available to users.

CSN may include community, messaging, profile, commenting, posting, or other user-generated-content functionality.
Information users post in areas designed to be visible to other users may be viewed by those users.
Users are responsible for the information they choose to publish or share.
CSN may moderate, restrict, remove, or review content when necessary to enforce platform rules, respond to reports, protect users, comply with law, or maintain platform safety.
Users may report inappropriate content or behavior and may have access to controls for blocking other users where applicable.
CSN provides sports recruiting and development services that may be used by high-school athletes, some of whom may be minors.
Where required by applicable law, we may require involvement, authorization, or consent from a parent or legal guardian before collecting or processing certain personal information from minors.
Parents and guardians should supervise minors' use of CSN and review the information their athlete provides or makes publicly available.
CSN does not knowingly use children's personal information for unlawful behavioral advertising or sell children's personal information.
If a parent or guardian believes that information relating to their child has been collected or processed improperly, they may contact CSN to request review or deletion.
CSN retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, maintaining accounts, satisfying legitimate business requirements, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and why it was collected.
When information is no longer reasonably required, CSN may delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal requirements and technical limitations such as backup retention cycles.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through available account controls or by contacting CSN.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, CSN will delete or de-identify information as required by applicable law, except information that we are permitted or required to retain for purposes such as:
